What do I do if I never received my order?

• Contact us ASAP or between 10 business days ​after you got your order so that I can see the problem and see if it needs to be replaced.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

• Contact me within 24 hours. Once it is shipped, I cannot make any changes, until it gets to the destination to be sent back.​
